ET (ESPN/ESPN2) Oregon State and Oregon beat Oregon 12-9 on Saturday night in Eugene.
Oregon State (6-1, 2-1 Pac-12) got the win in its first game in Eugene since 2010.
Oregon (4-5, 3-4) fell to 8-2 since losing to Arizona in the Rose Bowl in February.
Oregon is currently tied for fifth place in the Pac-10 standings.
Oregon scored 20 points on 14-of-16 shooting and had 19 rebounds in the win.
Freshman De’Aaron Fox led Oregon with 23 points and freshman Kaleb Tarczewski added 19 points.
Tarczykski and Tarcze added 11 points apiece.
Oregon’s top scorer on Saturday was freshman Jalin Mitchell, who had 12 points and six rebounds.
Fox also had 10 points, four rebounds and a steal.
The Ducks improved to 3-0 against the Pac, their first victory against a conference foe since beating Arizona State (2-3) on Jan. 30, 2019.
Oregon had to play without senior guard Jordan Taylor (knee) and senior forward Jordan Bell (back).
Taylor is expected to be out two to three weeks.
Bell is expected back in the next week.
Oregon also lost freshman guard Deandre Burnett (back) to a season-ending injury, and sophomore guard Jarrad Davis (ankle) to an ACL tear.
Davis had 19 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
Senior guard Nick Kipnis scored 12 points for Oregon.
Senior forward Josh Adams scored 11 points.
Junior guard Andrew Jones had eight points and five rebounds for the Beavers.
The Beavers were led by a team-high 25 points from junior guard Jordan Thomas, who added seven assists.
Oregon won the last two meetings between the teams, which were both played in Eugene, Oregon.
This will be the fourth meeting between the schools.
The two teams split their previous meetings this season, with Oregon outscoring Oregon 20-6 in the third quarter in a 76-57 victory on Jan., 27, 2020.
Oregon led 28-15 at halftime.
Oregon came into the game leading the Pac 10 in scoring and had 20 assists, the most by any team in the conference.
The Trojans shot 52.7 percent and hit 19 3-pointers, including 7 of 8 from 3-point range.
The Beaver scored a season high 28 points in the second half, which led to Oregon’s fourth consecutive 100-point game.
The offense was much more efficient, averaging 16.4 points per game and finishing with 37.8 percent shooting.
Oregon did not have to make a field goal in the fourth quarter.
Oregon was limited to 10 field goals, making 7.
The last time the Beaks had fewer than 10 field goal attempts was a 95-86 loss to Cal State Fullerton on Jan, 18, 2021.
The game was decided by six points, as Oregon’s Marcus Lee led all scorers with 17 points.
The Bearcats shot 35.8% from the field, 11.5% from 3 and had a team high 25 assists.
Kipens 12 points were his most since scoring a career high 26 points against California on Dec. 30.
The scorers in this game were freshman guard Jordan White, who finished with 17, sophomore guard Isaiah Jackson Jr., who had 14 points, sophomore forward Chase White, Jr., 12 points, junior guard Jelani Jenkins, 11 points and junior guard Deon Loyd, 11 rebounds.
Oregon trailed by as many as 15 points in half.
Oregon outscored Oregon 19-7 in the paint.
Oregon finished with 25 offensive rebounds, the fewest in the game.
