Raiders quarterback Derek Carr returned to practice on Wednesday after missing last week’s game with a hamstring injury.
Carr was injured against the 49ers, but did not practice Wednesday.
Carr is expected to play against the Seahawks, who have a bye next week.
Raiders defensive end/outside linebacker Khalil Mack was also limited in practice.
Carr missed last week in a win over the Giants, but he practiced Wednesday and returned to the lineup Thursday.
Carr’s return could help the Raiders’ defense, which has allowed the second most points per game (17.4) and is tied for the second-most passing yards per game with 295.0.
Carr and Mack were teammates on the Raiders defense during the 2013 season.
Carr has struggled to find consistency, but his return could provide a boost for the Raiders offense.
The Raiders have allowed 10 or more points in five straight games and three of their last five games.
Carr also is coming off his best performance of the season, throwing for 337 yards and three touchdowns in a 41-20 win over Detroit on Dec. 27.
